Welcome to Tribal Council, Kwele. The second Immunity Challenge was closely fought but the SOS crew thought Mbochi's was better from the sky. Unfortunately because of the loss one of you will be leaving the game.

Below you will find a set of questions addressed to everyone. Each of you must reply below with their answer and if you do not - you will receive a self vote. Also, there’s a group of questions that everyone in the tribe must answer.

All questions are to be answered here in this thread. Please feel free to say what's on your mind, express yourself because this might be your last opportunity to possibly change your fate in this game.

After an individual has answered their questions please go into your confessional and cast your vote. Please create a "Voting History" thread. Cast your first vote there, and all other votes afterward.

Below you will find a blank piece of parchment. Please save it to your computer and decorate it however you wish, but please include the name or nickname of the person you are voting out. When you are done decorating, save the parchment again, upload it, and post this in your confessional as your vote. Accompany this parchment with a reason.

Alright, with that said, it's time to vote. All eligible castaways will have 24 hours (THURSDAY NOVEMBER 15TH @ 11PM (EST) -- PLEASE CALCULATE THE DIFFERENCE TO AVOID YOUR VOTE NOT BEING COUNTED) to answer their questions, decorate their vote and post it in their confessional. Once you vote please consider it final. You are NOT allowed to change it, so please make sure you are certain before posting a vote.

If you wish to play your Hidden Immunity Idol, please state your intention along with your vote.

A few quick reminders:
- Make sure you answer your questions in this thread.
- Make sure you post your decorated vote in your confessionals.
- Make sure you have AT LEAST 1 journal updates before votes are due. Without 1 confessional posts per round will lose their right to vote. If you don’t do your part as a player, then you will not have any influence on who leaves this game.
- Confessionals = iS points, in the event of tie-break situations these will come into play - the more points the better your chance of surviving.

What do you think of your tribemates so far? How has iS differed from your usual facebook games?

~Those that I have spoken with seem to be really great people.
~One difference is, that with the Facebook Orgs, I don't get ostracised for not staying awake 24/7. Who does that? I could very well flip the shit and ask, "well why the fuck aren't certain folks on when I'm on?" And then target their faces, see how that works out. So ....aside from being made a target because I'm not awake at night, the other difference would be the forum. It's completely a different venue than I am used to.

What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

~Everyone holding an idol is a twist that is unusual, and I'm curious to see how it pans out.

The first few days have been great! I've really been enjoying working on the challenges and chit chatting with people. We have a great tribe. I'm feeling as comfortable as anyone I guess. I don't have any artistic skills at all so I'm afraid this wasn't my challenge. Pretty soon though I have a whole week off of school and stuff so I'm ready to come and kick some Mbochi ass!!!

- What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

I really haven't thought about it that much. I don't know how I would play around it. I really don't think anybody would play their idol tonight, we've got a long way to go in this game.

What's your thought process of the vote? How do you justify eliminating anybody from iSurv1vor so early? Explain.

My thought process was a bit all over the place. I've spoken to everyone on our tribe and I truly love everyone on here, so it's a little difficult to narrow down who deserves to be voted out. Quite frankly, I don't think any of us deserve to be voted out because our SOS was clearly better than Mbochi's but WHATEVER JERMAINE. So really I'm just trying to talk to others about who they think should be voted out because it's hard for me to think of valid reasons to vote out any single person on our tribe. On that note, if anyone wants to talk to me about the vote, please feel free to message me!!

What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

Yeah it's quite a difficult thing to think about. Not a "hidden" immunity idol, really. I don't think anyone is going to play their idol tonight because, frankly, the vote could fall on anyone, so it's really not worth the risk of losing a huge safety net this early in the game when there is a 7/8 chance that you're safe.

Well it certainly was a concern when I saw the challenge. It might not look like it just taking a look at their picture but there are some very refined and technically difficult photoshop methods used in that picture. Someone on their tribe is very gifted artisticly and someone is skilled with photoshop. We had some photoshop experience but not nearly enough to compete. They also invested WAY more into their explanation than I thought they would. I think they are a serious competition threat. That being said, I think we are also. Things are going to be incredibly interesting as we move forward. We have to put this loss behind us, get back to winning challenges and hope we don't get anymore art challenges. Priority #1 for everyone should be merging with numbers. I feel like if we can do that, there's no reason we can't just wipe them out. The only way we're going to merge with numbers is comitting everything we got to every challenge and I have faith in my entire tribe to be able to do that. We can fix the things that might be wrong with the tribe, get back on track, and finish challenges strong. I know we can do it.

- What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

I think it makes things incredibly more difficult than it needs to be. It brings an entirely new aspect into the voting process when there's such specific rules. My main concern is not knowing who still has one on the other tribe if I can manage to make the merge. Knowing everyone has one is one thing, thinking most people MIGHT have one is a totally different game. I don't really see anyone using an idol tonight. It's our first tribal council, we have a long way to go in this game, no one has really solidified a position with anyone, votes could be all over the place or maybe I'm just left in the dark a bit. I wish everyone the best of luck tonight and if it's me that goes I really really just hope someone from this tribe is the winner!

What is the most important factor at this stage of the game when everybody is still relatively new to one another? Explain.

I think the most important factor is communication. Without effective communication chaos reigns. This is especially important when everybody is relatively new. If there is no communication, you can't possibly get to know the other players and what each player brings to the tribe that can help the tribe.

What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

It's a very interesting concept that I have never encountered in any other ORG. Knowing that everybody has one idol is intimidating. I have no idea if anyone will play their idol. It doesn't really make sense to use your idol so early in the game unless you know for sure you are being targeted by the majority.

Personally, the interesting developments will occur after Tribal Council. Up to this point, tribal unity and strength were our primary focuses as a tribe (still is!), but Tribal Council always brings the "strategic gameplay" element to the game. Six days in, our tribe has worked well as a team, but we had a tough break.

- What is your thought process with everybody holding a Hidden Immunity Idol? Are you anticipating anyone playing theirs tonight?

These Immunity Idols bring an interesting dynamic to Tribal Council, for sure. There certainly isn't anything hidden about them! But, the beauty of each person having one, but not knowing when or when not to use it gives the game a poker-like quality. It's so early in the game, I don't expect any of the Immunity Idols to be played this round, but you never know.

^^ That's my attitude to the other tribe; I'm honestly not even stressing them. Yes, I think their win was a fluke, and in any other challenge, we can easily handle them. We have a very strong team here and I honestly don't see them winning many more challenges.

I just hate that even if you're in majority yo ass could be gone in a half-second. I simply can't handle this -- my heart cannot go on. It's definitely a fun way to keep the game interesting, but guuurl... I can't deal. I'm sure that someone will be playing their idol if they suspect they're leaving -- no one wants to leave without a fight. I just hope that I'm not on the bad end of that situation.

I'm a little nervous tonight. I don't go onto skype much and that might be my weakness, but I do think I deserve to stay. I helped a lot on the first challenge and as long as no more artistic challenges come, I believe I am an asset for this team.

JEB kind of took the words out of my mouth. I love that I have an HII, but I'm not so pleased that everyone else has one and that they know I have one. I think if someone played an idol would be pretty sad. We're here to make our tribe stronger so we can win in the next round. If someone plays their idol tonight, then we won't be as strong as we could be next round, and we could very well be here again. And we would vote for the person who played the idol since they don't have protection. So, if an idol is played tonight, it could be suicide.
