Welcome back to Tribal Council, Kwele. You were the faster tribe in completing the challenge - however tonight it only gets you one placing better, nothing more. We'll have a quick Q & A session and then get to the vote. One of you will become the 6th person voted out of Congo.
Below you will find a set of questions addressed to everyone. Everyone must reply below with their answer and if you do not - you will receive a self vote. Also, there’s a group of questions that everyone in the tribe must answer.
All questions are to be answered here in this thread. Please feel free to say what's on your mind, express yourself because this might be your last opportunity to possibly change your fate in this game.
After an individual has answered their questions please go into your confessional and cast your vote. Please create a "Voting History" thread. Cast your first vote there, and all other votes afterward.
Below you will find a blank piece of parchment. Please save it to your computer and decorate it however you wish, but please include the name or nickname of the person you are voting out. When you are done decorating, save the parchment again, upload it, and post this in your confessional as your vote. Accompany this parchment with a reason.

- You were the first person out of the challenge for your tribe. What was your initial reaction when you saw that? Did you take it as a warning sign at all? Explain.

- You can't be voted against tonight, how does it feel? With this being a newly formed tribe - do you think original tribal lines will play a part in how voting will go tonight? Explain

- Do you miss some of the boys who used to be on Kwele? Also, what are you basing your vote tonight on? Explain.

- How do you feel about your position on NuKwele? If it were you tonight, would you regret anything? Explain.
Jose
- Were you expecting a double tribal council immediately following a switch-up? Have you had enough time to plant your feet and make sure you're not the one leaving? Explain.

- In your opinion, has being the only woman on this tribe helped or hurt your game? Explain. Without naming names - what do you have to say to the person you're voting out tonight?
To All Survivors
- With this being a new tribe, I'm sure some of you might be worried and are considering playing your idols. How big of a factor has the thought of idols been on making your decision tonight?

Alright, with that said, it's time to vote. All eligible castaways will have 24 hours (SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24TH @ 5PM (EST) -- PLEASE CALCULATE THE DIFFERENCE TO AVOID YOUR VOTE NOT BEING COUNTED) to answer their questions, decorate their vote and post it in their confessional. Once you vote please consider it final. You are allowed to change it, but if everyone has posted their votes before the deadline and one of the hosts is around to send results out early - we will. So please make sure your original vote is fully intended because we do send out results early if all votes are in.
If you wish to play your Hidden Immunity Idol, please state your intention along with your vote.
A few quick reminders:
- Make sure you answer your questions in this thread.
- Make sure you post your decorated vote in your confessionals.
- Make sure you have AT LEAST 1 journal updates before votes are due. Without 1 confessional posts per round will lose their right to vote. If you don’t do your part as a player, then you will not have any influence on who leaves this game.
- Once you post your vote you cannot change it.
- Confessionals = iS points, in the event of tie-break situations these will come into play - the more points the better your chance of surviving.

Some of us are fighters though and more to what meets the eye. I always wear jeans and cowboy boots as opposed to a dress, it's just my nature...
Of course i will regret if im going home tonight. Everybody will. So i have to act to avoid it. But it's survivor everything can happen. 
). So I could see original tribal lines breaking down too.
