Okay, fuck the video, we're already at the Final 3, so I might as well write this out before I become completely and utterly irrelevant.
First, thank you so much to Sandy/Tucker/Britti for hosting this game; out of the 4 games I've played so far, this one was by far the most fun and the most interesting. I hated the idol twist and the USA/non-USA twist, but it definitely kept me on my toes, and I appreciate what those factors brought to the game. Sandy, you know I've loved you ever since I was I was Miguel's little sheep on TG, and you totally should have told me that you did these games back then. Regardless, I'm very glad to be part of the iSurv1vor family now. Tucker, I loooove you a lot as well, and it was great getting to know you and your ridiculous antics.
What can I say? Of course I'm still waiting to win one of these damn things, but I'm very proud of the way I played the game. Ultimately, I deserved the placing I got, and the people left in the game are far more deserving of a spot in the finals than I was, mostly because they played a very consistent game, whereas I was extremely erratic and volatile.
However, I can only hope that my volatility was a source of entertainment for the viewers. I do love bringing the drama. I will sass you down the Serengeti, but I am genuine and not overly trashy about it (I hope), so I can only hope I left my mark on the Congo. I talk a lot about the "character" aspect of Survivor in my confessionals (i.e. comparing myself to like 50 of my favorite players ever) because it's really fun to see which character each castaway in a season represents, rather than being a gamebot about strategy and backstabbing and whatnot. To me, it's all about the story arcs, and I can look back on my character's story arc with pride. Ultimately, I will be voting for the person who I think is the character most representative of what this season was about. Not the best gameplayer, not the best liar, but the person who I think is a fitting enough winner for me to look back on this season and remember it with happiness.
Lastly, and this is sort of anti-climactic and shameless self-plug, but I've been called creepy, stuck up, holier-than-thou, an indecent human being, and loads of other things by other people in this game. I really do hope that no one genuinely believes this, but if anyone does still think this (whether a viewer who was put off by my OTT confessionals, which I assure you was mostly just an act, or a player), please come talk to me. I'm a good person, I swear!
