Once I signed in, I knew coming in here will be almost suicidal for me. As an administrator of the Survivor Wiki, I am quite nervous because anybody can blow my cover. The wiki is very much mainstream so if you're in the wiki for quite some time now, you'll probably know who I am, because I made the most edits on that bitch! It's just been a month when I replaced my bland then-username to a new one, so I know for a fact I have a huge target on my back. I have to lay low for a while before making a strike. Furthermore, I they knew I also write fan fiction, they might realize that some of my schemes were actual scenarios from my fan fictions.
Moderator Tucker personally knows me, because he is one of my fellow admins in the wiki (I won't tell who, but he's a good friend of mine) personally invited me to join this game despite my schoolwork. This ORG will be my stress outlet. So with that "Tucker", thank you!

One thing I liked about this game was that it was a lot of player's first games... which was really awesome. I think those people got to see the differences between watching Survivor and playing Survivor. Hopefully they enjoyed playing and they keep coming back to play again and again and improve their games.
In the confessionals I see a ton of players saying they've seen every episode of Survivor, are superfans, etc, so they think they will be massive threats and sure to win the game. Of course these people did not get anywhere close to winning the game lol.
I feel like that situation is similar to "armchair quarterbacking." I could watch 1,000 NFL games but that doesn't make me any better at playing American football. I think that is similar for Survivor - you have to play it to get better at it. Each time you play you get a little bit better at the game. You also have to play it constantly to get better at hosting it (something I'm hugely at fault for not doing), but that's a whole other story lol.
